| My background |
| My name is Chris Sweet and I am a 25-year-old photographer based in South Petherton, Somerset. I am an NCE-qualified journalist who covers a Coca-Cola League One football club as a reporter as a profession. |

I seriously started to pursue photography in December 2008 after gaining encouragement and support to follow a dream. Sport, in particular football, cricket and boxing, is a massive passion of mine and I can be found most weekends at a sporting arena, more often than not staring through a camera viewfinder.
Outside of work, I am heavily-involved with Toolstation Western League Premier Division football club Sherborne Town and edit both their website and award-winning match day programme. I love to spend time with my amazing girlfriend Claire and family, all of whom are unbelievably supportive in what I do. Without them I would not be doing what I do now with such enthusiasm.
Academically, I have a Batchelor of Arts degree with Honours in History and Politics from the University of Exeter and a Master of Arts degree in Print Journalism from the University of Sheffield. |
